Spring Sabbatical in The Loire Valley

I'm excited to return for another month-long painting sabbatical in the small village of Poce-Sur-Cisse, nestled in the lush countryside of the Loire Valley, France. I was last here in the Spring 2014 where I began 20+ canvases inspired by the quaint village architecture, rolling vineyards and grand chateaux. I'll be returning to San Francisco just in time to host (April 2018) Spring Open Studios and will have many new works from France to share. Hope to see you then~

The beautiful 17th Century Manor of my longtime collectors where I stay and create studio space. The first year I set up my studio in one of the original troglodyte caves on the property previously used for wine making; another visit I painted in their 400 year-old pigeonnier.
